Healthyer

Dear Diary,
I made a desicion about myself.
Lately I have been gaining some weight. It's not alot like I'm still on a perfect weight for my height. But I stil would like to lose some fat and get fitter. I know why I have gained weight like it isn't weird because everytime I see chips I eat a whole bag just because it relaxes me to hear the crunching sound and it tastes really good. But it did get me some more fat on my thighs ans a little on my tummy. So i'm going to get myself in shape again. I do get like a good amount of exercise because I dance 4.5 hours a week but that doesn't really help with fat. So i'm going to start exercising every day of the week (except monday because then I dance 3 hours and I have no time) and eat a bit healthyer. I'm not like gonna diet or not eat chips or anything but just eat less junkfood and try to find some more(tasty) healthy snack. Like little raw carrots(I love those!!!). I'm not going to do to much exercise just a little excercise routine I made up for myself. It's just a little like 80 sit-ups and 30 push-up. And ofcourse I'l also do the exercises the physiotherapist gave me to strenghten my back. And i hope that after a few months I'l start seeing some difference but I also hope that it wil just give me that happy and satisfied feeling  that everyone says excercise gives them.
For the rest my life is going really wel lately. My grades are pretty good and I'm just happy about my life.

Welcome

Hi,
My name is Claire.
Welcome to my blog, this blog is like my diary on the internet.
Here you guys can read about my not so glamorous life.
Since this is kind of like a diary but then on the internet I will not write down my last name and stuff.
The only thing I'll tel is that I live in a small country in Europe called the Netherlands.
I'm 13 years old(almost 14). I will use the real names when I talk about people like my friends.
